Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms are clean and nicely decorated, offering a comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful; however, some encounters were less pleasant. The location is convenient, though slightly out of the way. The dining experience is decent but not outstanding. Overall, a good value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were basic but equipped with all the essential amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, and iron & ironing board. However, there was a slight stale smoke smell in our non-smoking pet friendly room, and the A/C unit made some concerning noises throughout the night. It was definitely better than some other places I've stayed at before.
After a good night's sleep out on the road again, the hotel has old outdated furniture and a smell of mold and mildew due to the hard mattress. The service was very friendly and helpful, especially with check-in and printing documents. The location was great for my needs and a good stopover, conveniently near the highway. The dining experience only included coffee and muffins for breakfast, and the facilities could use improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet, offering two queen beds, a coffeemaker, microwave, and a good-sized mini-fridge with a freezer. However, there was no informational book provided about the area or the motel, including details like TV channels. The staff, especially Amy, the manager, was incredibly personable and provided outstanding and very friendly service. The location was convenient for my commute between Upstate SC and Northern NY State, close to restaurants and shopping, just off I-81. The dining options were a bit limited, with only coffee and muffins for breakfast, but the hotel restaurant offered a 10% discount. The facilities were well-maintained. Overall, it was a great value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, modern, and well-equipped with two queen beds, a coffeemaker, microwave, and a good-sized mini-fridge with a freezer. The hotel is managed by one of the best Managers I have ever encountered, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The location is safe, clean, and quiet, making it a perfect choice for a comfortable and peaceful stay.
